Our sales department receives the request for a customized production. First of all, the request is analyzed to understand how the expected results of the customer can be achieved. In this phase, our technical office elaborates hypotheses and transmits general indications on times and costs.
Once the direction that the initial request must take has been defined, the technical office begins to concretely develop the project with drawings, color samples, dimensional samples, etc. Depending on the complexity of the work, the duration of this phase can be variable.
Only once the formal approval of the customer has been received with respect to the samples, prices and times proposed, can the real production phase begin. Upon delivery, the material is therefore supplied complete with the technical documentation (fixing plan, product sheets, installation suggestions ...) necessary for a correct installation.
